- Birth and Heritage: Ace was born as Gol D. Ace, the son of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, and Portgas D. Rouge. To protect him from the World Government, his mother carried him for 20 months before giving birth, sacrificing her life in the process.
- Foosha Village: After his mother’s death, Ace was taken in by Monkey D. Garp and raised in Foosha Village, the same village where Luffy grew up.
- Rebellious Nature: As a child, Ace was rebellious and often got into fights. He struggled with his identity as the son of Gol D. Roger, feeling the weight of his father’s legacy.
