Cancellations

Returns and Replacements

If you receive a damaged or defective item or items from your order are missing, we are more than happy to help resolve the issue. Please contact us at service@vevango.com or via Ask a Question – Vevango with your order number and a brief description of the issue to request a refund or replacement (based on availability) immediately after you received your order. We are committed to ensuring that our customers receive their items in perfect condition.

Be aware, that you might be requested to send back the damaged item to get refund or replacement. You will be provided a free shipping label for the return process.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange your product of none of the above mentioned reasons, we are happy to support you with the exhance process as well. For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must be in its original condition. This means the product should be unused, with all tags and packaging intact, ensuring it can be resold.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Refunds
